Shipping Policy

• Free shipping on all orders over 2500 except furniture . A flat shipping rate of 100 is applicable to all orders below 2500.
• The shipping charges for furniture that are applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.
• Products apart from furniture are typically shipped within 5-7 business days of the order being placed. Due to COVID-19 regulations, some deliveries might take longer than expected. Certain garments are made to order, Allow us 7-9 Business days.
• Business days do not include Saturdays and Sundays or Regional/National holidays.
• Cash on delivery is currently not available, all orders need to be paid for online
• For furniture, We will start the process once we receive a deposit of the cost of your piece. Throughout the journey - which usually takes about a month and a half we will make you fall in love with the beautiful journey that leads to your extraordinary piece.
• Once we get a final go ahead, the most efficient ways of shipping will bring it to you, even if it means sending someone personally to your door.
